We are a growing clinic seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Clinic Office Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly.

 

Position Overview

The Clinic Office Manager oversees the daily administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and staff. This person will be the “hub” of the practice—coordinating scheduling, managing communication, supporting patient intake, and keeping the clinic organized.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front office and day-to-day administrative operations

  • Greet patients, manage check-in, and ensure a welcoming patient experience

  • Oversee patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and workflow coordination

  • Handle email communication, phone calls, and patient inquiries

  • Maintain accurate patient records and digital filing

  • Support billing/documentation tasks as assigned

  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

  • Assist with marketing updates, website edits, inventory, and office supplies

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized office environment

  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a medical or clinical office setting (PREFERRED)

  • Strong computer proficiency (REQUIRED)

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and patient-focused demeanor

  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve

  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
