Pay Range: $26–$30 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed sonographer who is passionate about patient care and interested in working with innovative breast imaging technology.

In this role, you will perform breast imaging scans using QT Ultrasound technology while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and high-quality experience for each patient. Imaging will be reviewed and interpreted by a board-certified radiologist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Breast Imaging scans using QT Ultrasound Technology

  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures with care and professionalism

  • Explain the imaging process clearly to patients and answer general questions

  • Ensure accurate scan acquisition and proper data handling

  • Upload and document imaging data for radiologist review

  • Maintain patient comfort, privacy, and dignity throughout the visit

  • Coordinate with front desk and clinical team for efficient patient flow

  • Assist with patient intake, consent forms, and documentation

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging rooms

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain HIPAA compliance

 

Qualifications

  • ARDMS-registered sonographer (or equivalent certification required)

  • Breast imaging experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong patient care and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with ability to follow imaging protocols

  • Comfortable working with advanced imaging technology

  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer and EMR/scheduling software experience

 

Training

  • Full QT Scan system training provided onsite

  • Competency verification completed prior to independent operation
